Aventura Montessori School opened its doors in 1995 a mile from its current location. In 2006, the school relocated and expanded further into a spacious facility with 6 classrooms and 2 secure playgrounds (at the rear of the building).
Munira Ali is the director and owner of Aventura Montessori. She earned her International Montessori Diploma in 1971 and has been working in the field ever since. Mrs. Ali is passionate about what she does and has worked hard to create a nurturing environment where students can flourish academically and socially. Utilizing the Montessori method, children are guided towards independence and confidence, providing a strong foundation to carry them through the years.
Acceptance ages are 2 1/2 to Kindergarten (we are qualified to graduate students to 1st grade). Children should be potty trained and must have valid immunization/physical records to attend school.
